With most of the OC-6 canoes heading on a course north of the rum line, we took the Holopunis on a course south of it. This leg is 44.5 km of following winds and seas. Looking for an announced southeast swell and with steady easterly trade winds, we surfed and sailed our way to Raiatea in about three hours.
